Raman Y. is a seasoned quantitative developer with extensive experience in financial technology and market data systems. Currently at Tower Research Capital since March 2022, Raman contributes to quantitative development. Previously, at J.P. Morgan from September 2017 to February 2022, Raman served as Vice President, leading the front office team on innovative market making strategies and the development of a scalable internal matching engine for electronic trading. Prior experience includes roles as Lead Developer for Real-time Market Data at NYSE, as a Principal Software Engineer at Sonus Networks, as a Senior Software Engineer at Telcordia Technologies, and various consulting roles at Verizon and Nokia. Raman holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Gogte Institute of Technology.
