Yashesh Ajmera

Yashesh Ajmera is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as a Compliance Officer for APAC at Tower Research Capital since January 2023, Yashesh previously held the position of Chief Compliance Officer at Marwadi Chandarana Intermediaries Brokers Pvt Ltd from April 2021 to January 2023. Earlier roles include Senior Executive in Audit and Compliance at Marwadi Shares & Finance Ltd from February 2017 to April 2021 and Article Assistant at SHILPI THAPAR & ASSOCIATES where Yashesh contributed to drafting legal opinions and advising clients on the Companies Act, 2013 and LODR Regulations, 2015. Yashesh holds a Company Secretary degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Bachelor of Commerce from J.J.Kundaliya Commerce College, Rajkot.
