Tomas Esquer-Perez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various roles within strategy, analysis, and evaluation. Currently a Senior Associate at Tower Strategy Group since June 2021, Tomas has progressed through several positions including Associate, Senior Analyst, and Analyst. Prior to this, Tomas worked as a Bureau Services Specialist at Credit Builders Alliance and held internships at organizations such as Vital Voices, Social Impact, Erickson Immigration Group, and The Aspen Institute. Tomas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Spanish from the University of Virginia, along with a Certificate in Business Fundamentals from the McIntire Business Institute.
