Alessandro Carlucci

Alessandro Carlucci is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in governance and strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board at BSR and Chair of the Advisory Board Member at TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P., Carlucci has held key positions such as Executive In Residence at Columbia University and Senior Research Scholar at NYU Stern School of Business. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles at Arezzo&Co, Lojas Renner S.A., Itaú Unibanco, and Natura, where Carlucci served as CEO for over two decades. An alumnus of prestigious institutions, Carlucci has completed executive education programs at INSEAD, The Wharton School, and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, following a degree in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
