Rachel Hai

Rachel Hai currently serves as a Principal in the Consumer sector at TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P. since August 2023, following earlier experience as an Associate in the same field. Prior to this role, Rachel worked at The Carlyle Group as a Private Equity Associate focusing on Aerospace & Government Services from July 2021 to July 2023. Rachel began a career in finance at Citi, where positions included Investment Banking Analyst and Summer Analyst in Mergers & Acquisitions from June 2019 to June 2021 and June 2018 to August 2018, respectively. Rachel holds Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration and Management from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and in Political Science from the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts.
