Neta Gur-Sharon

Neta Gur-Sharon is an experienced professional in organizational development and talent management, currently serving in a Global Organizational and Talent Development role at Tower Semiconductor since October 2021. Previously, Neta held the position of Head of Organizational Effectiveness and Transformation at Philip Morris International, where leadership encompassed significant internal transformations towards digital agility. Neta's career also includes roles as an OD Business Partner at Amdocs, where strategic planning and competency development were key responsibilities, and as a consultant for AKT and Hay Group, focused on talent engagement and leadership transformation. Neta's independent consulting work further showcased expertise in maximizing business potential and implementing HR best practices.
