Rodrigo de la Sotta

Rodrigo de la Sotta has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Rodrigo started their career as a Manager of Growth and Development at Cyclical:LA from March 2016 to March 2018. Rodrigo then transitioned to becoming a People Operations Manager at Strikepoint Media from March 2018 to June 2022. Following that, they joined Torch as a People Success Manager from June 2022 to June 2023. Currently, they are functioning as a Site Lead for Learning and Development at Tower Semiconductor, starting from October 2023. Earlier in their career, they worked at Olive Crest - Strong Families, Safe Kids in the role of Corporate Training Specialist from December 2015 to December 2018 and as a Foster Family Specialist from August 2013 to December 2015.

Rodrigo de la Sotta earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Chico in the years 2001 to 2006. Rodrigo later pursued a Master's degree in Theology - Integrative Studies in Formation and Development at Biola University from 2009 to 2013.
