Shay Ohana

Shay Ohana is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as the FAB2 Device Engineering Manager at Tower Semiconductor since March 2022, Shay has a strong background in CMOS Image Sensor technology, focusing on manufacturing efficiency and quality improvements. Previous roles include ASIC Product and Test Engineer at Chain Reaction Ltd. and Integration Engineer and Senior Device Engineer at Tower Semiconductor, where responsibilities ranged from customer technical support to complex electrical analyses and yield monitoring. Additionally, Shay's early career included an internship in the FAB2 Device department and five years of honorable service as an IDF officer, attaining the rank of captain. Shay holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Braude Academic College.
