Shawn Parshall has over 20 years of work experience in the architecture and design industry. Shawn started their career as an Intern Architect at SSOE Group in 1999 and worked there for three years. In 2005, they joined TowerPinkster as an Architectural Designer and later became a Design Architect. Currently, Shawn is the Director of K-12 Education at TowerPinkster.
Shawn Parshall has a strong educational background in architecture. Shawn obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the University of Michigan, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Shawn then pursued further education and received a Masters degree in Architecture from the same institution, completing it from 2002 to 2005.
In addition to their academic achievements, Shawn Parshall has also obtained several certifications related to their field. Shawn is a Licensed Architect, having received licensure from both the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency and the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs in October 2018 and September 2018, respectively. Shawn is also certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), earning their certification in October 2018.
Shawn Parshall has demonstrated a commitment to professional development by pursuing additional certifications. Shawn has obtained a Construction Documents Technologist (CDY) certification from the Construction Specifications Institute. Additionally, they have received training in Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design from The International CPTED Association - ICA, and is a LEED-AP certified professional through the US Green Building Council (USGBC).
