OUR STRATEGY
TowerPoint grows primarily through acquisition.  The firm has a broad investment mandate targeting US-based digital infrastructure.  We specialize in acquiring and managing rooftops and alternative infrastructure supporting macro-cell base stations, macro cell towers, and a variety of real estate underlying mission critical wireless networks. We participate in a variety of transaction types, including direct assets purchase, joint ventures, whole company acquisitions and loans. Qualified transaction sizes range from $.250 million up to $500+ million.
