Ben Miller

Ben Miller is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and leadership within the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as Managing Director at Willis Towers Watson since January 2013, Ben leads Service Delivery for the Individual Marketplace business. Previously, Ben was Senior Vice President of Operations at Extend Health, where significant contributions included creating the largest private Medicare exchange and transitioning over 2 million retirees to individual Medicare plans. Ben's career also includes leadership roles at Code Corporation, The Miller Group, and Miller Communications Group, showcasing a strong background in technology, consulting, and media.
