Cynthia Karnowski

Cynthia Karnowski is an experienced Project Manager and Implementation Consultant with a career spanning over two decades in various industries. Since July 2001, Cynthia has been with Willis Towers Watson, contributing expertise in project management and implementation. Prior to this role, Cynthia worked at Merrill Corporation from May 1999 to July 2001 as a Project Manager and began a career at Xcel Energy as a Labor Relations Representative from January 1992 to May 1999. Cynthia holds a BA in Management and Management Information Systems, as well as a Technology Certificate, both from Augsburg University, and a Human Resources Generalist Certificate from the University of Minnesota.
