Cynthia Karnowski

Cynthia Karnowski has over two decades of experience in project management and implementation consulting, currently serving as a Project Manager/Implementation Consultant at Willis Towers Watson since July 2001. Prior to this role, Cynthia worked as a Project Manager at Merrill Corporation from May 1999 to July 2001 and began a professional career as a Labor Relations Representative at Xcel Energy from January 1992 to May 1999. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Management Information Systems, as well as a Technology Certificate, both obtained from Augsburg University between 1995 and 2000, in addition to a Human Resources Generalist Certificate from the University of Minnesota earned in 1995.
