Karim Sfeir

Karim Sfeir currently serves as the Global Head of Strategy, Development & Innovation for Global Aviation & Space at Willis Towers Watson, a position held since April 2014, where responsibilities include the design, implementation, and servicing of aviation insurance programmes and the delivery of risk specialist products. Before this role, Karim spent over a decade at Aon, starting as a Client Account Manager and advancing to Director of Aviation Risk Solutions, focusing on aviation insurance programmes across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Karim is currently furthering education at Harvard Business School Online, pursuing multiple certificates in strategy and sustainable business, following a Master's degree in International Management of Insurance from ESA - Ecole Supérieure d'Assurances and a BSc in Business (Banking & Finance) from Lebanese American University.
