Kathleen Kartje

Kathleen Kartje (Hayes) is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Willis Towers Watson, where Kathleen has held various leadership positions since January 1991, including Managing Director and NA Head of Large Clients. In this role, Kathleen is responsible for the strategic oversight of the large market segment in North America and manages a team dedicated to client management tools and governance protocols for over 200 client relationship directors. Kathleen has also served as Global Account Director, overseeing five Fortune 250 clients with significant annual revenues, and has been instrumental in facilitating major sales initiatives, such as the largest Medicare Exchange sale. Prior to Willis Towers Watson, Kathleen worked at KPMG as Assistant to the Head of HR, with a focus on administrative tasks and benefits management. Kathleen holds a Master's Degree in Communications from Northwestern University, an Executive training certificate in Business Administration from Harvard University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Oakland University.
