Kimberly Perez

Kimberly Perez, CPA, currently serves as the Club Manager at The Town & County Club since January 2024. Prior to this role, Kimberly held the position of COO/CFO at Golf Club of Avon Inc from May 2004 to December 2023, where Kimberly also served as CFO/Controller. Kimberly earned a Bachelor’s degree from Rollins College between 1993 and 1997 and a Master of Science in Professional Accounting from the University of Hartford from 1999 to 2001.
