Rich Burrows began their work experience in 2002 as Deputy Chief of Police for the Town of Tyngsborough. Rich held this position until 2013 when they joined the Town of Acton, MA as Deputy Chief of Police. In 2017, they were promoted to Chief of Police, a position they currently hold. Additionally, Burrows worked as an Adjunct Faculty at the University of Massachusetts Lowell starting in 2012.
Rich Burrows attended UMass Lowell from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a Masters degree in Criminal Justice.
