Steven Chandler

Steven Chandler, MPA, EMT-P, currently serves as a Certified Instructor for Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training (ALERRT) since March 2023. Steven holds the position of Training and Safety Officer with the Western Mass Technical Rescue Team since January 2020, and is an Instructor for the Massachusetts Department of Fire Services since January 2017. Additionally, Steven has been a Captain and Firefighter for the Town of Amherst, MA, since January 2006. Steven's educational background includes a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Fire Services Administration from Anna Maria College, a Paramedic degree from Springfield College, and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Westfield State University.
