Chris Johnson

Chris Johnson, PE, MPA, currently serves as the Transportation and Infrastructure Development Director for the Town of Apex, following previous roles as Town Engineer for the Town of Garner and as Roadway Design & Construction Manager for the City of Raleigh Municipal Government. Chris also held the position of Senior Project Engineer in the Public Works Design/Construction Division and served as a Senior Project Manager at WithersRavenel, as well as Project Engineer at Taylor Wiseman & Taylor. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University, obtained in 1996, and a Master of Public Administration from the same institution, completed in 2017.
