Joshua Killian

Joshua Killian, MPA, CZO, currently serves as Planner I and Planning Technician for the Town of Apex, where responsibilities include addressing public inquiries about planning permits and facilitating communication between the public and planning departments. Prior to this role, Joshua was a Student Services Specialist in the Department of Chemistry at East Carolina University, collaborating with faculty and staff to support student registration and course management. Additionally, Joshua worked as a Certified Trainer for East Carolina University Transit. Joshua holds a Master of Public Administration from Regent University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from East Carolina University.
