Noah Johnson

Noah Johnson, MPA, serves as a Budget & Performance Analyst for the Town of Apex since April 2024. Previously, Noah worked as a Strategic Project Coordinator at the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners, where significant accomplishments included the implementation of a nonprofit economic assistance program in Cumberland County utilizing $3 million in ARP funding, along with the management of $85 million in ARP funds for various projects. Additional experience includes a Human Resources DEI Intern role at Orange County Government, a Client Support Consultant position at Relias, and an internship with Common Cause North Carolina. Noah holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from North Carolina State University.
