Teresa Marzilli

Teresa Marzilli serves as the Community Engagement and Outreach Coordinator for the DEI Division at the Town of Arlington, MA since June 2022. Prior experience includes work as a Dean’s Assistant at Boston College, where responsibilities involved assisting with strategic planning and curriculum development. Teresa co-designed a research study on the Domestic Workers’ Bill of Rights at Boston College School of Social Work and developed a resource mapping tool for the New England Innocence Project. Previous roles also encompass community support work for children and teaching positions at various educational institutions. Teresa holds a Master of Social Work from Boston College and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Vermont.
