Kristen L. Rubin

Kristen Rubin is a dedicated municipal administrator with extensive experience in public management and housing development. Currently serving as Town Administrator for the Town of Berlin since September 2022, Kristen previously held various roles within the Town of Leicester, MA Government, including Assistant Town Administrator, where responsibilities included managing a $30 million annual operating budget and overseeing significant capital projects. Prior work includes positions at the City of Worcester, where Kristen managed homeless programs and brownfields remediation efforts, and at the County of Monterey, focusing on housing grants and redevelopment initiatives. Kristen holds a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on International Management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Middlebury College.
