Jeff Butler

Jeff Butler is an experienced real estate professional and public servant currently serving as a Board Trustee for the Town of Berthoud since June 2022. As the owner and Real Estate Broker of Team Butlers Realty, LLC since January 2016, Jeff brings over 20 years of expertise in the real estate market. Previous roles include Director of Sales and Marketing at Richfield Homes and Cadence Custom Homes, where significant sales achievements were attained. Additional experience includes serving as a Realtor and Investor at Keller Williams Realty, a Business Coach at ActionCOACH, and earlier positions in sales management and mortgage loan origination. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management and Finance from The University of Texas at Arlington and an Associate degree in General Business from Tarrant County College.
