Francisco Velastegui

Francisco Velastegui is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, health administration, and project management. Currently serving as the Health Administrator for the Town of Brookline since September 2022, Francisco also holds the position of Vice President of Business Development at Advanced Warning Systems, Inc. since January 2018, where responsibilities include local technology operations in South America. As the CEO-Founder of Velca Export Limited since November 2016, Francisco successfully established a shrimp farm in Ecuador while ensuring compliance with regulations.
