Bailey Houpt

Bailey Remender, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Senior Manager for the Town of Brownsburg, with a career spanning various roles in human resources since September 2021. Prior to this position, Bailey held multiple titles within the same organization, including Human Resources Manager and Human Resource Administrator. From August 2017 to August 2021, experience was gained at Indiana Members Credit Union as a Human Resource Administrative Assistant and Member Experience Representative. Bailey holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Indianapolis, along with an Associate's degree in General Studies from Vincennes University and a high school diploma from Center Grove High School.
