Joanne Faust

Joanne Faust, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has a strong work history in human resources. Joanne began their career as a Human Resources Associate at Digital Consulting, Inc. in 1995, where they worked until 1998. Joanne then moved on to become the Human Resources Director at the Manchester School District from 1998 to 2002. Following that, they worked as a Human Resources Administrator at the Town of Bedford, MA from 2002 to 2007. Since 2007, Joanne has held the role of Human Resources Director at the Town of Burlington. Throughout their career, Joanne has focused on developing expertise in human resources management and has earned the designations of SPHR and SHRM-SCP.

Joanne Faust, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management with a minor in Communications from Notre Dame College, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. In addition to their degree, they hold various certifications, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from HRCI, which they obtained in August 2020. Joanne also achieved the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in August 2015, along with the SHRM-SCP certification from the same institution in the same year. Furthermore, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2007.
