Patrick Lawlor

Patrick Lawlor currently serves as the Assistant Town Administrator and Finance Director for the Town of Burlington, MA, since May 2025. Prior to this role, Lawlor held various positions at the Town of Andover from May 2017 to May 2025, including Chief Administrative and Financial Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Experience also includes serving as Public Affairs Manager at the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce, where responsibilities included government relations and strategic communications, and as Communications and External Affairs Specialist for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, focusing on media relations and communications strategy. Lawlor obtained a Master of Public Administration from UMass Boston and a Bachelor of Arts from Merrimack College.
