Jason Elliott

Jason Elliott is a seasoned environmental professional with extensive experience in ecological planning and management. Currently serving as Senior Planner for the Environment at the Town of Caledon, Jason has previously held positions such as Environmental Planner at the City of Guelph and Regional Ecologist at Halton Region. With a strong background in providing ecological technical advice, conducting site assessments, and collaborating with various agencies, Jason has demonstrated expertise in safeguarding natural heritage features and implementing conservation strategies. Additionally, Jason has an academic background as a professor at Niagara College and work experience as a Natural Heritage Biologist, focusing on environmental impact assessments and watershed management. Jason holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Environmental Management and Assessment from Niagara College and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of Guelph.
