Johanna Sauve

Johanna Sauve has extensive human resources experience, currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources for the Town of Canmore since June 2002. Responsibilities include managing HR functions, supporting organizational strategy, and overseeing legal matters, employee relations, and health & safety programs. Previous roles at the Town of Canmore involved acting as the Manager of Human Resources, HR Advisor, and Payroll & Benefits Administrator. Prior to this, Johanna held payroll administration roles at CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures, and managerial positions at Rainbow Theatre, showcasing a strong background in employee experience and operations within various sectors. Educated at McGill University with a BSc in Biology, and with a DEC in Health Sciences from College of Centennial Academy, Johanna has developed a robust skill set over a diverse career trajectory.
