Ryan Strohmaier is a dedicated personal development coach currently serving as the Creator and Coach at Reach Your Peak Mental Training since January 2019. With a strong foundation in community commitment, Ryan employs developmental tools such as Self Awareness and Intentionality to foster growth through discomfort. Ryan also has extensive experience in emergency services and outdoor education, working as a Paid-Response Firefighter and Climbing Instructor for the Town of Canmore since July 2014. Previous roles include addiction support at Enviros Wilderness School, various teaching positions, and technical roles in environmental sampling. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Guelph and an Environmental Technician diploma from Niagara College, along with a firefighter certification from Lakeland College Canada.
