Darryl Russell

Darryl Russell has extensive experience in emergency services, currently serving as Fire Captain for the Town of Chapel Hill, NC, since February 2000. Prior to this role, Darryl Russell worked as a Moving Coordinator at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from May 1985 to May 1996. Education was completed at Warren County High School from 1981 to 1983.
