Kathleen Donovan

Kathleen Donovan is an experienced professional in community development and land use planning. Currently serving as the Director of Community Development for the Town of Chatham since June 2017, Kathleen previously held the position of Principal Planner in the same municipality from October 2016 to June 2017. Kathleen's extensive background includes 20 years at the City of Worcester, where roles included Land Use and Zoning Coordinator, focusing on land use permitting. Kathleen obtained education at Worcester State from 1993 to 1996.
