Leah Lacross

Leah LaCross is an experienced professional in community services and program management, currently serving as the Director of Community Services for the Town of Chatham since July 2022. Prior to this role, LaCross held positions such as Director of Planning and Grants at Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority and Founder of Scargo Consulting. With a solid background in healthcare administration, LaCross served as Chief Operating Officer at Cape Abilities and managed the Medication Assisted Treatment Program at Duffy Health Center. LaCross's expertise extends to quality assurance and compliance, with previous roles focusing on patient access and program development.
