Kathleen Canavan Aia

Kathleen Canavan, AIA, is an experienced Facilities Manager with a demonstrated history of overseeing the operation and maintenance of over 1 million square feet across twenty-six public buildings for the Town of Chelmsford since May 2013. Responsibilities include facilities management, energy management, and the oversight of sports fields, schools, and public playgrounds. Previous roles encompass project management at Luna Design Group, with significant contributions to LEED-certified and community-based housing projects, as well as experience as Job Captain at OMR Architects and O'Neil Pennoyer Architects on notable educational and residential developments. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and an Associate of Science in Civil Engineering from the State University of New York at Delhi.
