Jon Zagrodzky

Jon Zagrodzky currently serves as the First Selectman for the Town of Darien, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Jon was with Rhône Group from April 2017 to December 2023, where responsibilities included Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Jon's extensive experience in financial and administrative leadership includes serving as Chief Administrative Officer at Oak Hill Capital from August 2010 to April 2017, and as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at McKinsey & Co. from September 1994 to August 2010. Early career positions include roles as a Credit Analyst at First Interstate Bank of Texas and Assistant Examiner at the Texas Department of Banking. Jon holds an MBA in Finance and Operations Management from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics and Romance Languages from Washington and Lee University.
