Denise Coleman

Denise Coleman is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for the Town of Dartmouth since July 2022, Denise previously held the HR Director position at the Town of Falmouth from 2012 to August 2024, providing HR counsel to both management and staff. Denise's career also includes significant roles at Cape Cod Healthcare as a Senior HR Advisor and at Loomis/Wells Fargo as an Area Human Resources Manager, where strategic partnerships with senior management were key to aligning HR services with organizational goals. Additionally, Denise served as the Human Resources Director for the Town of Weymouth from 2004 to 2007. Educationally, Denise holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Emmanuel College, completed between 2005 and 2007.
