Rana Mana-Doerfer

Rana Mana-Doerfer is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as the Director of Procurement for the Town of Dedham since July 2022. Prior to this role, Rana worked at the Metropolitan Area Planning Council as a Procurement and Contract Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing contract timelines and advising stakeholders on purchasing policies. Rana also held the position of Department Specialist at the Town of Needham, overseeing the SeeClickFix work order system to facilitate maintenance requests. Earlier experience includes serving as an Administrative Intern for the Town of Needham and working as a Retail Specialist at REI. Rana holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Massachusetts Bay Community College.
