Town of Farragut
David Smoak serves as the Town Administrator for the Town of Farragut since February 2010, following a tenure as Assistant Town Administrator for the Town of Collierville from September 2000 to January 2010. Smoak holds a Master of Public Administration degree from The University of Georgia, obtained between 1997 and 1999, and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Presbyterian College, completed from 1993 to 1997.
