Cortney Hoppe has extensive experience in property management and administrative roles, currently serving as a Property Standards Specialist for the Town of Flower Mound since March 2022. As Board President for Neighborhood Management since November 2015, Cortney oversees budget design, contract services, and community events. Educational qualifications include an Associate's of Applied Science in Criminal Justice from Tarrant County College and studies at the University of North Texas.
