Davina S. Tomlinson has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for the Town of Flower Mound since May 2005, where responsibilities include administering all town benefits and programs, overseeing Wellness, Workers' Compensation, Safety, and COBRA/HIPAA administration. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resources Manager for the City of McKinney from May 2003 to April 2005, focusing on strategic planning, organizational training and development, benefits administration, and employee relations. Earlier, from May 1994 to May 2003, Davina held the position of Human Resources Consultant/Generalist at the City of Denton, engaging in consulting, job classification studies, recruitment, and strategic planning.
