Tommy Dalton has extensive experience in municipal management, currently serving as Assistant Town Manager and Director of Strategic Services for the Town of Flower Mound since April 2003. In these roles, Tommy oversees strategic and performance management programs, develops long-term city objectives, and communicates strategic plans both internally and externally. Previously, as Assistant to the Town Manager, Tommy coordinated various programs, managed departmental budgets, and resolved complex administrative issues. Tommy's career began in the City of McKinney with positions ranging from Planning Technician to Senior Planner. Tommy holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of North Texas.
