Rick Sears

Rick Sears is an experienced professional in the financial services sector, currently serving as the Assistant Town Manager for the Town of Nantucket since February 2020. Previous roles include strategic advisory and consulting positions, most notably as Chief Operating Officer for a start-up blockchain technology firm. Rick's extensive background includes a lengthy tenure at Barclays Capital as Managing Director and Global Chief Operating Officer for Macro Sales and Trading, as well as significant leadership roles at CLS Group, FXMarketSpace, and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
