Town of Frisco
Stacey Nell, CERA, currently serves as the Town Clerk for the Town of Frisco, a role commenced in November 2022, focusing on various aspects of Town Council operations, elections, legislative advocacy, records management, and licensing. Prior to this, Stacey held the position of Chief Deputy Clerk & Recorder for Summit County, Colorado, from January 2017 to December 2022, overseeing a team that increased from 12 to 35 staff during election seasons and ensuring safe and lawful elections. Additional experience includes serving as a Records Technician for the Summit County Sheriff's Office and a Deputy Clerk in recording and elections. Early career involvement with the Town of Frisco began as a Guest Service Coordinator & Supervisor in 2011. Educational qualifications include a degree in Food Industry Management and Agribusiness Management from Michigan State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Colorado Mountain College.
