Keri Rowley

Keri Rowley is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in municipal finance and administration. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Administrative Services for the Town of Glastonbury, CT since November 2022, Keri has previously held significant positions including Finance Director for the Town of Bloomfield, where tenure lasted from December 2021 to November 2022. Prior roles encompass Deputy Chief Financial Officer for the Town of Colchester, Director of Finance and Deputy Finance Director for the Town of Bloomfield, and Accounting Manager/Treasurer for the Town of Mansfield. Keri began a career in finance as a Grant Accountant at Mystic Seaport and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Eastern Connecticut State University, earned between 2001 and 2006.
