Marshall Porter

Marshall Porter is the Chief of Police for the Town of Glastonbury, CT, a position held since November 2017. Prior to this role, Marshall served as a Police Captain at the Town of Farmington Police Department from June 1994 to November 2017, overseeing various operations and divisions while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Marshall's academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from Central Connecticut State University, as well as an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Northwestern Connecticut Community College.
