Sue Brinkman has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Sue is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at the Town of Grand Chute since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at St. Norbert College as the Director of Human Resources from August 2015 to November 2020. Sue also held various HR roles at the City of Oshkosh from August 2005 to August 2015, including Benefits Coordinator, HR Generalist, and Human Resources Manager. Sue began their HR career at M.W. Trucking, Inc. in June 1994, where they served as the Human Resources Manager until August 2005.
Sue Brinkman holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Public Administration from Concordia University-Wisconsin. In addition, they have earned the Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in June 2015 and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in June 2006.
