Jonathan Hartt

Jonathan Hartt serves as the Human Resources Director for the Town of Gray, Maine, since February 2021, after holding the position of HR Administrator and Assistant to the Town Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Consultant for Lifespan Family Healthcare and as an HR Partner at MaineHealth. Jonathan has a significant background in education, having served as Chair of the English Department at both Mystic Valley Regional Charter School and Maimonides School. Jonathan holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Eastern Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Communications from Houghton University.
