Melissa Ricci Rpp

Melissa Ricci RPP, MCIP, PMP is a highly experienced planner currently serving as a Senior Planner-Policy for the Town of Halton Hills since April 2019, where responsibilities include leading land use policy projects aimed at creating resilient communities. Additionally, Melissa is a College Instructor at Conestoga College, teaching government and policy related to Urban Planning and GIS within the School of Engineering & Technology. Prior experience includes roles as an Intermediate Environmental Planner at AECOM and as a Policy Planner for the Town of Halton Hills, focusing on environmental assessments, policy research, and project management for various planning initiatives. Melissa holds a Master of Science in Planning and Development from the University of Guelph and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Toronto.
