Rachel Jones is an experienced utility and environmental engineer with a strong background in coordinating multi-departmental meetings and technical reviews for utility systems and transportation improvements at the Town of Holly Springs since April 2017. Previously, Rachel served as an Environmental Design Engineer at McKissack & McKissack from 2010 to April 2017, focusing on hydraulic evaluations for wastewater treatment plants and collection systems. Rachel's earlier experience includes working as an Environmental Engineer at AECOM, where responsibilities encompassed wastewater treatment plant hydraulic modeling and pump station design. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Central Florida and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in the same field at the same institution.
